1.           Selling of blank certificate of origin forms: HK$10 / pad (20 sets)

2.    Typing of Certificate:   If the certificate is not prepared by you and submitted along with the application, HK$10 / certificate will be charged extra.

2.   證書之繕出：   如申請表沒有連同已繕出之證書，每套證書之繕出費用為港幣拾圓正。
